Steps to Book

1. Browse & Choose

Explore our selection of soft play setups, bouncy castles, and decor. Pick the package or items that fit your theme and space.

2. Request a Quote / Contact Us

Click on “Booking form” or fill out our Contact Form with your event details — including date, location, number of kids, and theme, etc

3. Confirm Availability

We’ll check availability for your date and send you a customized quote.

4. Reserve with Deposit

Secure your booking by paying the required refundable security deposit. Your date and package will be reserved just for you.

5. Payment

Full payment for rental must be made a day before the event (refundable security deposit does not count towards the rental cost)

6. Party Day Setup

We require at least 1 hour before the event for set up. On the event day, our team will deliver, and set up all equipment. After your event, we’ll return to pack everything up.

How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is 4–6 hours. Longer rentals may be available for an additional fee.

Soft Play

• Best For: Babies, toddlers, and preschoolers 6 months – 6 years

Bouncy Castles

• Best For: Children 2 – 10 years old  

Adult Supervision is Required at All Times. All children using the soft play area or bouncy castles must be supervised by a responsible adult.

Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your event, the deposit cannot be refunded.

We understand that plans change, so we offer a credit equal to the deposit toward a future booking with us.

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your event instead of canceling, we will do our best to accommodate you based on equipment availability.

Your deposit will be applied to the new date.

Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
